Delivery and Substitution policy:
Our delivery policy is to call recipient if they are not home, if we leave at door we will call and leave message with recipient, we will also tag door if we leave with a neighbor and follow up with a phone call. Pls include cell #'s, gate codes are helpful. If all else fails, we will tag door and bring to shop to wait for recipient's response. Delivery instructions are always helpful.
